Late registration at WSR

The William S. Reyes Elementary School will conduct late registration for all its 1st to 6th grade continuing students and new transfer students who haven’t registered yet. This registration will commence on July 17th thru the 21st from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Parents or guardians are requested to bring the following:

For new students:

a. Health Certificate

b. Birth Certificate Insurance

c. Entry Permit (Alien Students Only)

d. Health or Accidental Insurance

Map of the house (location)

For continuing students:

a. Health or Accidental Insurance

Failure to register will require your child to wait for the next registration day which will be held on Aug. 14, 2000.
