After four years of lay-off, the Public Works Goodwill Games is revitalizing as Saipan Public Works takes on Guam Public Works this coming weekend with various sporting events that will take place.

Men’s Softball, Co-Ed Softball, Men’s Volleyball, Co-Ed Volleyball, Men’s Basketball, Men’s & Women’s Table Tennis, Co-Ed Table Tennis, Men & Women Golf & Bowling are the events up for grab with the most number of wins in various events will be awarded with the coveted perpetual trophy.

The Saipan’s DPW Employees Association headed by President Ben Cabrera and it’s members are busy preparing for this camaraderie event to make sure that it will be a successful one.

Other events such as the old traditional cultural Batu, Chacha contest and Homerun Derby will be included in this two-day Columbus weekend. All games will be played at the Ada Gym Sports Complex, while the bowling will be held at the Saipan Bowling Center and Golf links will take place at Coral Ocean Point golf course.
