PIC’s Outstanding Employees

Pacific Islands Club Saipan recently recognized its October Employee’s of the Month along with Supervisor of the Quarter and Manager of the Quarter. PIC congratulates these employees for their outstanding efforts and dedication to the PIC team.

PIC honors Jesse Deleon Guerrero as one of the October Employees of the Month. Jesse joined PIC in December 1999 and works at the Front Desk. His courteous professionalism in handling many of Front-desk tasks makes him an exceptional employee. Jesse’s friendly smile and cordial attitude leave the lasting first impression for PIC guests.

Tedolfo Perez is also honored as an October Employee of the Month. He joined PIC in November 1994 as a carpenter in the Engineering Department. He showcases his ability as a mason, painter, electrician or a plumber when needed. Tedolfo’s desire and drive to perform his job perfectly and promptly, make him an asset to PIC.

Bonnie Guevarra joined PIC’s Engineering department in August 1990. He quickly moved up to become a Maintenance Supervisor. Not only is he able to perform his talented skills as an electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, masonry and mechanic, he can also estimate jobs and purchase materials. By working hard and putting forth his best efforts, he has proved himself to be a respected leader in his department and a valuable contributor to the PIC team.

Hiroko Amemiya, Reservations Manager, was selected as the Manager of the Quarter. Hiroko joined PIC in November 1995 as Assistant Front Desk Manager and was promoted in 1998 to Reservations Manager. Hiroko does her best to tackle challenges facing reservations in order to increase yield. As a team player, Hiroko helps among other staff, entertains guests and also willingly volunteers for PIC activities. She is well respected by all staff and promotes a positive environment for both guests and staff alike.
