The CNMI Public School System’s Color Guard Teams from the MHS Dolphins, THS Stallion and RHS Buck Battalions traveled to Guam to compete in the Guam JROTC Drill Meet this past weekend.

The Color Guard Teams performed extremely well with the Stallion Battalion placing first and the Buck Battalion placing second in the event. Guam’s GWSH placed third. Although the Dolphins Team did not place, they also turned in a great performance.

The CNMI team’s performance on Guam during the past six years has always been the determining factor in their quest to compete in the mainland. Outperforming teams that are very successful during Drill Meets in the mainland, is a good indicator that the CNMI teams will also perform well, representing the CNMI PSS and community as a whole, in the mainland.
