Hyatt holds the baton in ACS’s Relay for Life
Hyatt Regency-Saipan joins the Northern Marianas community in a worthwhile activity aimed at raising funds for a CNMI-wide campaign against cancer.
Hyatt’s participation in this annual event comes in the form of the thing it does best — prepare good food. On April 11, Hyatt is launching its Hot Lunch Fundraiser, a project which aims to raise funds for the Relay for Life.
From 10:30am to 1pm on Wednesday, Hyatt will serve a set lunch of either fried fish fillet, beef with broccoli, or stir fried eggplant with chili sauce with steamed rice and a drink.
The Hot Lunch could be picked up at the Hyatt Regency-Saipan Training Center. Interested customers who would want to participate in this worthwhile project are encouraged to place their order before April 9 at 23401242/3 extension 5151.
At the same time, Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Miyako Restaurant radiated with the fresh buds of Cherry Blossom flowers flown straight from Japan last week.
The Japanese restaurant featured last March 30 a Saki and Cherry Blossom dinner on cue with the annual Cherry Blossom festival commemorating the national friendship between the United States and Japan.
In the year 1912, then Tokyo Mayor Yukio Ozaki bequeathed some 3,000 cherry trees to Washington in celebration of the continued close ties between the people of the two nations.
