No surprise there

I wasn’t surprised that the Governor’s jogging buddy would be nominated to the Secretary of Commerce. I suppose Mr. Gabriel Babauta and Mr. Jesse Palacios did not meet the Governor’s standards. I suppose it’s true what they say that it’s the connection that counts and not what you know.

Well, for the military families out there, I caution you to be careful because it was former congressman Salas who instigated the limitations of our privileges. Who is he to cause us the deprivation of our privileges when our husbands are serving in the military and some have even perished in defending the freedom that we continue to enjoy today. Is he jealous that he cannot avail of the privileges that we enjoy as members of the military family? If so, Mr. Salas, get your bud in gear and join the military.
