Verizon unveils their new and improved website

Interested in finding out what types of products or services are offered at Verizon? Don’t have the time to wait in line to pay for your phone bill and would like to learn more about the different payment options available with Verizon? This and many other features are now available online at Verizon’s new and improved website at http://www.vzapacifica.net.

Verizon is pleased to announce the unveiling of their improved site. Customers can easily locate various Verizon telecommunications services on-line. The new website has information about new cellular plans, DSL offerings and much more! Everything from troubleshooting to finding out the availability of domain names are now available online.

Verizon marketing manager Russ Quinn said: “We are excited about the upgrades that we have done to the site and we hope that the general public will visit our site to see the many features that we have to offer. For instance, our “What’s New Page” will inform web browsers about the latest product releases and activities that Verizon is showcasing for the month.”

Quinn also mentions that V-text messaging is an exciting feature that is offered for free with this site so that Verizon Pacifica digital mobile phones users can receive text messages from another person through the use of a computer.

For customers who would like to apply for one of the Verizon services, application forms are available online and the forms could be filled out before going to the Chalan Laulau customer service center for input. In addition, an online map is available so that the exact street locations could be found and then provided to Verizon for installation purposes. This makes applying for Verizon services fast and easy!

Franco Mendoza, the system administrator at Verizon, mentions that they are continually updating the information on the site. The updates that we should look forward to include typhoon warnings whenever we are expecting a storm heading our way as well as updated virus alerts so web browsers on the Internet can be cautious on how to better protect their systems.
