A word of caution
Throwing caution to the wind is the least that should be done with this situation surrounding Ken Moore. Millionaire? Who knows? Businessman? Probably. Only Mr. Moore knows the answers to these.
Let me share a story with you. I/we have been silent all these months for good reason, but I feel I need to speak out now in light of all that is happening or going to happen with this Pagan mining permit situation. Back in December of 2003, I was approached by a very good friend of mine who informed me of an opportunity to be involved in a mining adventure in the Pacific Rim. The company was called Azmar International Inc. My good friend, Mr. Butch Arradaza, introduced me to an opportunity to be a Security Division Manager for this mining operation on Pagan. I quickly jumped at the opportunity to join the Azmar team. Butch Arradaza was hired by Mr. Ken Moore as Security Director, charged with putting together a security team to oversee the protection of the mining operation that would commence on Pagan in the CNMI.
For the next several months we worked tirelessly coordinating, planning, setting-up acquisitions, putting together logistic plans, and hiring a 40+man military level security team for this operation. We had daily management meetings with the security team managers. We even had offsite planning and logistics meetings where we had to fly to other locations. One meeting in particular was held in Idaho, where we met with one of the other security managers. This trip was paid for by me ($2,800), with the understanding that I was to be reimbursed by Azmar, or Ken Moore, if you will. Not one dime was paid us in the time we worked to put together this division!
Herein lies the problem I have with this individual. He painted a picture of a multi-billion dollar venture, but could not even afford to compensate us for the amount of work we had done. We were told Azmar had a mining permit back in January. Not true. We were told compensation was to be paid for the work we had done to put this division together. Not one penny was ever given. We were promised a signed employment contract. Nothing was given. We were told Azmar had a buyer, when in fact the buyer was from a broker that didn’t like Ken Moore so he decided to venture off on his own (CAER Inc.). Mr. Arradaza and I joined the CAER group back in February/March 2004. I was one of the directors who met in Dallas, Texas with the delegation including Frank Eliptico, Nicholas Nekai, Sen. Luis Crisostomo, Mr. Mendiola and Ray Quichocho.
We are still in the process of forming our own company, Martex International Inc. CNMI, with the help of other individuals. We have the contacts, we have potential buyers in China and in the Middle East. We have investors and are still actively looking for more. But most importantly, we have truth and honor. Let’s let the people decide. This is YOUR land, don’t let anyone take advantage of your only natural resource.
