5 establishments closed down

Five eating and drinking establishments were ordered closed in February after inspections by the Bureau of Environmental Health found serious violations of health and sanitation standards and rules and regulations.

The five establishments were Young Fu Food Manufacturing on Capital Hill; Tianshi Restaurant, San Antonio; Nansheng Cai, illegal roadside vender; Roadside Illegal vendor LP # ABA 156; and Marianas Ice & Water.

The bureau did not indicate the violations found at these establishments.

The sanitary inspections, held during the month of February 2005, were on the following retails, eating and drinking establishments and their grades are as follows:
