Crime Stoppers would like to hear back from a number of tipsters.

Although progress is being made and the investigations are being pursued, Crime Stoppers would like to ask some of the tipsters to contact us again and provide additional information if at all possible.

The more information we have the more information we can provide to law enforcement. The more information law enforcement has the easier it is for them to make an arrest and close the case. Crime Stoppers does not mind paying rewards. When Crime Stoppers pays rewards that just means that criminals are being taken off the streets. Crime Stoppers would like to hear from the following tipsters with the following code numbers:

Code Number 7e9d9-92559: Although it has been some time since we last heard from you can you please submit your tip with any additional information. Crime Stoppers may provide your tip to two or more agencies for follow up. Sorry about text messaging. It is not secure and text messages cannot be received at 234-7272. There are no other numbers for contacting Crime Stoppers by phone. All crimes in progress, or crimes that are about to occur in the very near future should be reported directly to DPS for immediate action. Your tip was excellent, please contact us again.

Code Number AA-481-6: Please provide more information if possible.

Code Number AA-481-7: Please provide more information if possible.

Code Number AA-481-10: We very much appreciate you help and determination in getting this case solved. The location is just too vague. Crime Stoppers needs to be able to provide law enforcement with a much better (more specific) location and description of the place. A license number would probably synch the case.

Code Number 8a082-69e77: This information was incredibly valuable and we cannot thank you enough for it. Law Enforcement does need some additional help if at all possible. There was a vehicle involved in this case and investigators very much need to know as much about that vehicle as possible. Can you please contact Crime Stoppers again and provide any details about the vehicle. The color, make, model, or license plate number. If you have any idea where the car could now be found it could probably close this case. You have done the community a great service with you tip.

Code Number AA-481-12: Great tip. Thank you. If you can contact us again with any additional information this case also might close.

Code Number AA-481-14: With a very specific location of the residence and a vehicle license number it is very likely that this case can be closed. If you can contact us again and provide this specific information we would like to get a reward to you as soon as an arrest can be made.

Code Number “Shadow:” Please DO NOT “mail” tips to Crime Stoppers. This is not a secure way to submit your tips. Mailing tips to Crime Stoppers has the potential for someone to determine the identity of the tipster. Please only submit tips by calling the Crime Stoppers Tips Line at 234-7272 or submitting your tips Online on the Crime Stoppers website at www.nmicrimestoppers.com. These are the only two ways that we can receive tips and still guarantee the anonymity of tipsters. Having said that, please contact us again, by phone or on our website and supply any additional information that you might have. We appreciate your tip. We want to be able to close this case and get you your proper reward.

Code Number dfcfe-b5c8e: We very much appreciate your tip. It is valuable and very meaningful to us. You have asked for personal contact with Crime Stoppers. We cannot and will not do that. Crime Stoppers only gathers anonymous information to be passed on to law enforcement. Crime Stoppers never makes personal contact with tipsters at any time for any reason. If you want to direct law enforcement to a specific location you will have to do one of two things. You will either have to provide very descriptive details to Crime Stoppers so that we can pass it along to law enforcement or, you will have to reveal yourself to law enforcement (as you stated you would be willing to do) and direct them to the location. However, once your identity becomes known to law enforcement, Crime Stoppers can no longer deal with you on that specific case. Once your identity becomes known to law enforcement Crime Stoppers cannot protect your anonymity and also cannot pay rewards. Crime Stoppers cannot and does not pay rewards to anyone whose identity is known to Crime Stoppers.

If you submit tips to Crime Stoppers about any additional cases and want to remain anonymous please submit your tips by phone or on the Crime Stoppers website.
