DES PTA MEETING TODAY
This is to inform all Dandan Elementary School parents that the monthly Parents Teachers Association meeting will be held today, April 12, at the school cafeteria at 6pm. There will also be a student exchange program with Guam students today. They will be performing at the school.
“We encourage everyone to come and attend this important meeting. We need everyone’s input and innovative ideas in the decision making for our school,” said school principal Jonas Barcinas.
Other Dandan Elementary School events and activities in April and May include:
April 18–June 10: Registration dates
April 18-22: SAT 10 Assessment for all 3rd, 5th and 6th grade students
April 18-31: REL Assessment for all K-6th grade students
April 25-29: DES Young Authors/Book Fair Event, Principal’s Institute
April 30: Chacha Junior High, NHS Academic Challenge Bee for all elementary students.
May 1-30: Standards-based Assessment for all K-3rd grade students
May 6: DES Science Fair
May 10: Last PTA meeting at 6pm for school year 2004-05
May 27: Special award ceremony for all 6th graders
May 28: DES Cultural Day King & Queen Fundraising event.
May 31: Farewell/Promotional Ceremony for all 6th grade students
June 3: End of school year. Last day of instruction.
June 6-10: Last day for all DES Staff/Inventory/In-Service Training.
KHS REPORT CARD DAY TOMORROW
This is to inform the parents/legal guardians of Kagman High School students that the report card distribution will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, April 13, from 2:45 pm to 4:30 pm. We encourage all of you to come in and pick up your child/children’s report card.
