PIC honors outstanding employees for April

Pacific Islands Club Saipan honors its outstanding employees for April and congratulates them for their exceptional efforts and dedication to the PIC team.
Rita Duenas was awarded April’s Front of the House Employee of the Month. She has been with PIC since June 1998 as a waitress.
“Duenas is a superb and very dependable part of the F&B team. She can be counted on to complete her day-to-day tasks consistently up to and beyond standard,” the hotel resort said in a statement.
PIC said that Duenas is friendly with all guests as well as other employees. “She does a great job of training new employees. She has been a reliable part of the PIC team for many years and deserves to be recognized for her devoted efforts.”
“She takes care of each individual guest in a special, very attentive way. In addition, she doesn’t find shortcuts to complete her side duties in set up or break down and ensures that things are properly and completely set up for the next shift,” the statement added.
Maricel Aringo was awarded April’s Heart of the House Employee of the Month. She has been with PIC since May 2001 and has been in the finance department since February 2003.
“Aringo is a hardworking employee within the finance department who has done an exceptional job in her role as payroll accountant. She has proven to be a very dependable and reliable employee and her work is always of a high standard. Aringo is an asset to PIC and the finance department,” the statement said. (PR)
