A pre-Independence Day party at GIG

A night of liberating revelry awaits Saipan’s party denizens, as one of the island’s pre-independence parties will be held at the premier discotheque on Saipan.

GIG Discotheque, in cooperation with Miller Lite, Aquarius Beach Tower Hotel, AJ’s Restaurant and Piano Bar, Marianas Resort and Spa, Aqua Resort Club, Tonino’s and NIS, will bring the house down as they lead the pre-Independence Day celebrations with a party dubbed “Rendezvous 70305.”

The party will be held tomorrow, July 3, the night before the actual Liberation Day celebration.

GIG management said cash prizes are up for grabs for lucky partygoers. They said fabulous giveaways would be given to winners of the following contests: Wild Babe Grind Contest, Costume Contest and Paint That Face Contest.

To add to the merriment, GIG said they would get Saipan’s standup comedy sensation Patrick Arriola to perk up the night. (Marconi Calindas)
