A 31-year-old man is facing criminal charges for alleged sexual abuse of a girl almost four years ago, including one at the jungle south of the San Antonio Elementary School.

The Attorney General’s Office charged Collier Ng Siksei with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

In a criminal information filed before the Superior Court, CNMI chief prosecutor Jeffrey Moots disclosed that the girl was just 10 years old when the alleged abuse purportedly happened.

Moots said Siksei had sexual contact with the girl three times between August to November in 2001.

On one occasion, Siksei allegedly attempted to have sex with the girl at his home. Moots also said Siksei had also done oral sex with the girl at his home that year.

The defendant allegedly repeated the same act with the girl in the jungle south of San Antonio Elementary School and north of Pacific Islands Club. (John Ravelo)
