Twelve moths of driving, pitching, and putting have finally boiled down to one night of celebration as the Saipan Golf Association will recognize the crème de la crème during its annual Christmas Party this evening.

A shroud of mystery still covers the outcome of the last weekend’s competition between the monthly winners, but it will be lifted on Friday night when the sun sinks into the Saipan lagoon.

SGA members are invited to their year end gala in time for the opening ceremonies at 6pm at the Pacific Gardenia Bar & Grill on Beach Road in Chalan Kanoa.

According to SGA secretary Larry Guerrero, the SGA will also present awards to the winners of the Ace of Aces tournament. The grand prize will be given to the top duffer with the lowest score while additional prizes will be given to the Top 10 strikers and slicers.

The pride of Saipan’s links will not be the only ones raking in the prizes as there will be raffle drawings will be held throughout the evening.

All members are encouraged to come and join in the celebration, and while duffers who participated in last weekend’s tournament are already taken care of, members who did not play are required to pay $20 which will cover themselves and cover one guest. Additional guests are welcomed as well for $20 per person.
