Good-bye Le Creole, welcome World Café—the new restaurant at the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan that will officially open today with a line of brand new dishes to complement the all-time favorite dishes under its former name.

F&B director Jimmy Kok said the new name of the restaurant promises improved food and services that would combine exquisite cuisines from all over the world.

“The line of food will include Mexican, Italian, Southeast Asian and many more,” Jimmy said.

The hotel is currently in the process of changing the names of its in-house restaurants because the names used to be licensed with the hotel’s previous name, Dai-Ichi Hotel Saipan Beach. Renovations of the restaurants will soon follow.

World Café, said Jimmy, would not only bring a delectable selection of popular and exotic food from all over the world but would also allow guests and local diners to experience fine dining at its best. Jimmy said the former Le Creole restaurant would be transformed into a more tropical and more relaxing set-up that would adhere to the new hotel’s name, which is more festive yet elegant.

“We are changing our names and improving services, but still with reasonable and affordable prices,” he added.

Among the treats of the renamed restaurant are its “Remember Fiesta Remember MWF” and “Take Your Pick” promos and the Seafood Nights every Friday nights.

For the “Remember Fiesta” promo, dine in guests are treated to luscious Theme Lunch Buffets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday until the end of this month. Jimmy said each day offers three popular world-class cuisines. The Monday lunch buffet offers Italian Lunch Buffet, Wednesday features Mexican, and Friday offers a Southeast Asian theme lunch. All lunches are only for $12 for adults and $6 for children with ages between 5 to 11.

Guests will be given the MWF Diner’s Card where frequent dine in guests with at least five visits within three weeks will be given the diner’s card for a selection of great rewards such as the dimsum buffet for four at The Bund Restaurant, also formerly known as Jade Garden; World Café lunch buffets for two and two cases of beer.

The “Take Your Pick” promo is a new concept of resident executive chef David Spitzer. It runs from Sunday through Thursday nights. The promo features an all-you-can-eat appetizer or salad bar and desserts for only $12 each. Seafood, pasta or poultry can be added to the meal for only $4 each or add a certified Angus beef, grilled prawns or rack of lamb for only $6 each.

The Seafood Nights are held every Friday, a swanky seafood dinner experience by the hotel pool.

Jimmy said that, at World Café, guests and local diners would surely experience an interesting and wider array of food choices from all over the world every day of the week.
