HR Society hosts program on incentive techniques
The Commonwealth’s chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) will be holding its monthly membership meeting this Thursday, January 13, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel’s Giovanni’s Restaurant.
Mr. Blaine Rogers, Training Manager at the Pacific Island Club, will be the special guest speaker at this month’s meeting. Mr. Rogers will provide an informative and practical discussion on the topic of Incentive Award programs and how you these are used effectively to the benefit of both the employee morale and work effectiveness..
Non-members in the business community, whether owners, managers or human resource staff, are invited to learn more about the Society and improve their human resource knowledge through the presentation and discussion.
The CNMI Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is the Commonwealth’s foremost professional forum for discussion and training in Human Resource matters.
Now beginning its third year, the Chapter is composed of human resource professionals from a variety of industries, large and small, who recognize a need for a local society for professionals in the personnel field. The CNMI Chapter is affiliated with the national organization.
Prospective members and companies or individuals interested in the discussion topic are invited to attend. The cost for the luncheon is $15.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
