Forum for businesswomen
In collaboration with the NMC Small business Development Center, Women’s Business Center, Special Assistant for Women’s Affairs Ana S. Teregeyo is urging all women interested in advancing themselves through creation of a small business such as “mom and pops” store, daycare centers, catering businesses and more to contact Ms. Larissa Savares, Business Consultant of the Women’s Business Center at NMC immediately for information on the availability of services and technical assistance.
“There is so much fear and anxiety in establishing one’s own business. Those fears and anxieties could be overcome if one avails of the services and technical guidance from the NMC Small Business Development Center or the Women’s Business Center,” said Ms. Teregeyo
In line with the opportunity to explore the possibilities with the Women’s Business Center of NMC/SBDC, a forum on Jan. 24, 2001, will be held at the NMC Campus in As Terlaje.
The forum will provide opportunities to discuss issues important to women entrepreneurs throughout the CNMI. Please call Ms. Savares at 235-1551/52 to register, or the Women’s Affair Office at 288-4102 or 7365, for assistance. The forum is free of charge.
