NMITF all kids triathlon
The Northern Mariana Islands Triathlon Federation (NMITF) yesterday announced the holding of the 1st NMITF All Kids Triathlon on Feb. 24 at 7:00 AM in Paupau Beach.
Registration will start at 6:00 AM and each child must register by 6:30am. The triathlon will begin at 7:00am sharp.
The triathlon will consist of a short ocean swim at Paupau (swim goggles recommended), a bike ride (bike helmet mandatory) and a run at Paupau. If a child is not comfortable with all events., he or she can form a team.
All participants must be able to swim (unless part of a team), ride a bicycle and be prepared to participate.
The entry fee is $2 per child. There are prizes for the first three finishers in each age category. The age categories will be divided from six years old through 15 years old. Prizes will be awarded after the triathlon is over at Paupau Beach.

Saipan Little League Baseball meet
Managers for the 2001 Saipan Little League Baseball ages 9-12, Junior League ages 13-14, Senior League ages 15-16, and Big League ages 17-18 are asked to attend a mandatory meeting on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001 at 9:00am at the Ada Gym conference room.
