Outstanding employees lauded

Herman’s Modern Bakery recently presented its most outstanding employees, who have stayed with the company since March 3, 1979, with plaques of recognition.

Ernesto Lineses and Efren Manabat proved that more can be achieved through hardwork, loyalty and dedication. Both have risen from the ranks to hold supervisory position in the production and decorating departments of the Herman’s Modern Bakery.

His hardwork and determination allowed Mr. Lineses to climb as the company’s production superintendent while Mr. Manabat has hurdled the challenges to become Herman’s cake decorating supervisor.

The two employees have stayed at Herman’s Modern Bakery for about 22 years now and both have expressed intentions to remain true to their crafts and prove what greatness can hardwork and determination ultimately do.
