Boy arrested for striking kid sister

An 18-year-old male who had admitted to consuming three cans of beer was cuffed Tuesday for repeatedly striking his younger sister and her friend, police reported.

Inosensio Kabriel Smith, who goes by the nickname “Billy,” allegedly slapped his sister several times, as well as, punched the latter’s friend infront of three others at the bus stop next to the Classic Design store in Koblerville, according to Public Safety spokesperson Lt. Pete C. Muña.

It was not clear why the suspect behaved violently against the two victims.

While committing the alleged assault, the suspect reportedly informed the bystanders that he was not doing anything wrong, Muña said.
Police were summoned to the scene and arrested Smith on charges of assault and battery, disturbing the peace and minor consuming alcohol. (MM)
