GES sets registration requirements

Garapan Elementary School will hold its registration for old students starting on April 18 and new students on April 25.

GES has set its registration requirements recently and they are the following:

1. Birth certificate;
2. Health clearance/certificate from the Commonwealth Health Center;
3. Health insurance policy number or Moylan’s Insurance Card;
4. Map to residence;
5. Copy of Entry Permit (if applicable); and
6. Copy of Power of Attorney or Guardianship (if applicable)

For new students, GES requires school transcripts and withdrawal or transfer form
