“In my opinion, the group will have a hard time because they are also dealing with the U.S., not just the local government. It’s just right that they organize such group and aim for that goal. They will have a difficult time and would have to exert more patience because they would have to satisfy both the CNMI and federal government.”

For me, the government should give this opportunity for those people who have been here in the CNMI, who also have helped raise the economy and raise the standard of living. The government should support them and they should be fair. Who else would help each other but the locals and the Filipinos?”

“No, I don’t think it’s going to work at all. That mission will be passed on to one generation to another. I believe that won’t happen because the CNMI also will never be part of the federal government. However, the group is a good opportunity if members are not asked to pay certain fees. If they are doing it in good faith, why not, right?”
