AJ’s offers Final Four feast
The same people that hosted the Longhorns and the Trojans during the Rose Bowl are opening their doors to the next collegiate championship event as the management of AJ’s Restaurant and Bar announced they have teamed up with Miller Lite and Pepsi to provide a Final Four party this weekend.
While the LSU Tigers battle the UCLA Bruins and the George Mason Patriots take on the Florida Gators, the folks at AJ’s will be serving up an assortment of fine food and frosty brews at their popular beachside bistro.
The doors open to the food and fun at 8:30 this Sunday, April 2, as the morning gets underway with a breakfast of fresh fruits, green salad, pancakes, rice, sausage, scrambled eggs, baked beans, and chili bean soup.
While coffee and juice will be available in the early hours, Miller Lite and Pepsi will flow freely once the law allows for the distribution of carbonated goodness. The breakfast buffet will be whisked away at 11am in favor of lunch fare, as guests will enjoy yellow fin sashimi, chicken enchiladas, beef fajitas, Mahi Veracruz, pork with chili verde, and Mexican rice with the late game.
The cost to enjoy this weekend’s courtside action is $20 per person and is good for both games. AJ’s also plans on hosting a party for the championship game and details will be made available soon after the Final Four decide the final two.
