The “Tatagas” at the Tanapag Elementary School are very proud to have Liza Quitugua Noisom as their Teacher of the Year.

She is better known as “Ms. Liza” at school. She has been
working at Tanapag for five years. She believes that every
child can learn no matter what the circumstances are.

She has high expectation for every student entering her classroom. One thing about her as a teacher is that she never underestimates a child’s potential for learning.

She is very active in the learning community. She has coordinated the school level Science Fair, Spelling Bee, and other monthly activities. She facilitates workshop both at the school and state level.

She spends her quiet time at home by reading a good novel or keeping up with the latest in educational materials. She enjoys being with her families.

Ms. Liza has adopted the motto: “It takes a village to raise
a child.”

Gooooooood job!
